So they're not really Irish fare, but is it really St. Patrick's day without Lucky Charms?
Lucky Charm Bars
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 package (10 oz.) regular marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies
5 cups Lucky Charms
1/2 cup white chips, melted
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in Rice Krispies. Stir in Lucky Charms. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool completely.
Cut into bars. Place melted chips in a resealable plastic bag. Snip a small hole in one corner and drizzle over bars. Let stand until set. Makes: 20 bars.
